Our Vision
The Region 20 Education Association seeks to build, grow, and maintain a community of certified educators who are knowledgeable about their rights and responsibilities as public school employees; committed to the objectives of the R20EA, CEA, and NEA; understanding of their colleagues within the bargaining unit; and dedicated to serving students and families on the local, regional, state, and national level.
Our Goals
The Region 20 Education Association will:

Collectively bargain in good faith with the Region 20 Board of Education.

Provide representation to members when necessary or requested.

Communicate effectively and respectfully with members, administrators, and the R20BOE.

Inform members of professional development opportunities from CEA and NEA.

Inform members of local, state, and national legislation that affects certified educators.

Provide to members, in a timely manner: meeting dates, agendas, minutes, and other pertinent information.

Provide opportunities to socialize and serve together.

Support and celebrate district graduates through scholarships.
