Region 20 Education Association
Founded in 2024 when the Litchfield Education Association and the Wamogo Education Association merged, the Region 20 Education Association is the local employee association for approximately 180 certified educators who work for the Region 20 Board of Education. Members of the R20EA teach and support PreK – grade 5 students at Goshen Center School, James Morris School, Litchfield Center School, Litchfield Intermediate School, and Warren School; 6th, 7th, and 8th graders at Plumb Hill Middle School; and students in grades 9 – 12 at Lakeview High School. The certified teachers, library media specialists, school counselors, school psychologists, school social workers, and speech and language pathologists who belong to the Region 20 Education Association are also proud members of the Connecticut Education Association and the National Education Association.
Our Mission
The Region 20 Education Association represents and advocates for certified staff in the Region 20 Public Schools and stands in solidarity with certified colleagues across the region, state, and country.
